“I met Jared in Katy-Houston area while being relocated by my company from Toronto to Houston, just a couple months before the onset of the COVID pandemic in March 2020. Jarred was direct, honest, and very accommodating of my traveling schedules. The closure of the borders between US and CAN put the relocation in pause but Jarred continue supporting us on-line for a whole year, not only sending listings, but constantly answering questions and providing insight on how the market was evolving, till finally we were able to return to Houston to complete the house search.
