Hi Chloe, When you work with a Realtor to purchase a home, they become your agent in the transaction and are there to represent and negotiate your best interests. The process of buying a home involves defining your ideal first home, touring potential properties, writing an offer contract to purchase a home, the home inspected during the contract option period, setting up utility services before closing, etc. I focus on the Southeast side of the inner loop area, including Meyerland, Post Oak Manor and Willow Meadows. All of these areas are great for first time home buyers. I would be happy to have a call or meet over coffee to talk about how I could be a great resource to you in purchasing your first home.Sincerely,Jim Meyn(713) email@example.com
Hi Alberto, based on my interpretation of those terms there is no difference. In the trade, a Listing is how we reference our contract agreement to help sell an owner's home (the Seller). Our fiduciary responsibility is to the Seller, which is defined through a Listing Agreement that the agent (technically on behalf of their Broker) executes with the Seller. So, Seller's Agent or Listing Agent, it effectively means the same thing.
