I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication, and by being accessible whenever you need him. I have been an area resident since 1999 and has received my education from Texas State Technical College, San Jacinto College and the University of Texas at Brownsville. I also recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in the SE Houston area. When not assisting clients, I enjoys spending time with my family, entertaining friends, traveling and relaxing watching football, doing some salt water fishing and south Texas hunting. I also hold several certifications such as (CCIM, TAHS, CDPE, SFR, REOC, BPOR, MRP) and a Member of the Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce and The Director of Housing for Barrett Management District. I am very well rounded in various aspects of the real estate industry with a vast amount of experience in the residential marketplace and commercial real estate sales.

As a former mortgage underwriter with over 26 years in the banking industry, I understand all aspects of the mortgage process and can be an incredible resource to my clients.

I am the President of 1st Community Mortgage Group and stay on the top of the mortgage industry guidelines. With that success and knowledge, I serve as a trusted adviser to clients who are thinking about buying, selling, or investing in properties.
