I was born and raised in Houston. In 2002, my husband and I moved to Fort Bend County with our children to raise them in a country atmosphere, as well as have them attend a school known for its college preparation. My husband is a builder and we built our home near Brazos Bend State Park. Together, we enjoy hunting, fishing, and watching the wildlife that pass through our yard. As a former insurance representative with over 20 years in the sales/service industry, it was always important that I built a relationship of trust, ensure clients understood options available to them, and to always be ethical. I am excited to begin a new career as a Realtor servicing Houston and the surrounding area. I will continue to work in the same ethical manner to assist you with your real estate needs. Hi, I'm Margaret Nimitz. I grew up on a farm in central Illinois but I've been a resident of Texas for the last 23 years and in Cleveland Texas for the last 15 years.

I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family. My kids are active in motocross and you can find them on a dirt bike most any day of the week! My husband and I are their biggest fans.

My experience prior to real estate was in the travel industry and in office management with a financial investment firm. I enjoy getting to know people and learning about what's important to them. I especially like to partner with individuals and families to help reach their real estate goals.
