Native Houstonian Erika Nelson wields an empathetic, hands-on approach to real estate fueled by her passion for helping people. She thrives on serving clients throughout Fayette, Washington and Chambers counties, and she truly believes their satisfaction is her ultimate reward. As a proud member of The Bayou City Team at Compass, led by her husband Eric, Erika is instrumental in the group's mission of delivering significant value in every transaction. Erika first became interested in real estate by watching her mom, a successful realtor in her own right. Erika's personal experiences buying and selling homes further piqued her interest, and she joined the profession four years ago. Prior to real estate, Erika honed her elite people skills and deftness with numbers in human resources, payroll, benefits and accounting positions in the oil and gas industry. Today, she excels in helping buyers, sellers and investors find the perfect real estate solutions for their specific goals. Erika and Eric reside in Northwest Houston with their young son, Johan. They enjoy spending family time together and attending Grace Church of Humble.

Stephanie Mushin is a longtime Houston resident, currently residing in the Galleria area. Before settling in Houston, Stephanie competed as an equestrian throughout the country and received numerous national titles for her riding achievements. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Stephanie’s background in law has taught her the importance of strong negotiation skills as well as the seriousness of maintaining a high level of fiduciary care and duty. Stephanie’s distinct background enables her to serve as an experienced client liaison in intricate real estate transactions. She has assisted both buyers and sellers in residential preconstruction, re-sales, leasing, investment properties, and project management.
Stephanie enjoys maintaining friendships with her clients that last way beyond the business transaction. In her off-time, Stephanie can often be found practicing yoga or pilates, jogging with friends, riding her horses or playing with her rescue dog Grappa. She also travels the world whenever time permits, her favorite destination being Italy.
