Mrs. Crayton, an accomplished Real Estate Professional with a proven track-record in customer satisfaction, began her real estate career in 1998 as a Builder of new homes. Her first-hand experience as a Builder educated her on the makings of a great home -from the foundation up. In 2001, her passion for helping others realize their dreams of homeownership led her to become a New Home Sales Counselor for a nationally ranked home builder; and in 2006, after several successful years in New Home Sales, she decided to leverage her experience and become a Texas Realtor. Since becoming a Texas Realtor, Mrs. Crayton has helped numerous families find their perfect home ...while helping them take full advantage of the various resources available. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. With a strong financial and marketing background plus her in depth knowledge of remodeling & structural design, Chancey brings an exceptional level of service and professionalism to her clients. After college she worked as a Construction Project Manager, Director of Operations for a Indoor Football League, Interior Design Assistant, Head of a Bankruptcy Department for Grainger Legal, and as a Paralegal for The Bennett Law Firm. Chancey has a love for learning each of our many cultures and truly understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment. As a third generation Houstonian, she takes pride in understanding each forever changing market from the greater Houston area to each demographic along the Gulf Coast.
