Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for their family to live. Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset.

Soon after moving back to Houston, Dave decided to become a full-time Realtor and investor, is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has consistently received awards as a top producer at Connect Realty!

His goal is to help folks like he was helped. Crafting a solution that fits the current needs and long-term goals for each client....a new home, an investment property, a commercial building, a vacation home, whichever is most important for you.

Dave's off time is filled with playing tennis and golf, running road races with his 4 children, tending to his yard and vegetable garden, and grilling whenever he can.

After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations , Minor in Business, Chelsey resides in Houston, TX. As she continued her education by earning her Executive MBA from Texas Woman's University-Houston, Chelsey has always had an interested in Real Estate. In August 2015, Chelsey joined Houston Association of Realtors and now currently serves on the residential & commercial team for Womack Development & Investment Realtors. Chelsey is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Chelsey knows that "To be successful in real estate, you must always and consistently put your clients' best interests first. As a native Texan, growing up approx. 70 miles northwest of Houston, Houston was a place we often came to visit my grandparents, other family members, shop, or get to the airport. I have a college degree, worked for The St. Comptroller of Texas, been a Flight Attendant, and a mother who has volunteered in many aspect of school, as well as community events, and for the church. For the past 28 years, Houston has been home to our family, my husband, son and daughter. Because of our family’s adventuresome spirit, whether in the car, on foot, or on the bike, I have had the marvelous opportunity to experience the uniqueness of many areas in Houston and surrounding counties. My Real Estate venture began 30 years ago in Austin. After taking some time off to raise our children, I went back to re-educate myself in Real Estate School and for the past two years have enjoyed the Real Estate Agency opportunity once again. Taking as many classes as I am able, received several designations, gaining knowledge in the Real Estate industry daily, and meeting many wonderful people both in the industry as well as the clients I have been blessed with.
