There is nothing more satisfying than when my clients have achieved ownership, I have worked for a few brokerages over the years won some awards along the way but the most satisfying is when a client has referred me to a family member or friend or came back repeatedly over the years, I treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I work in Residential, Commercial lots. How ever Horses are my love, so Farm & Ranch is my specialty.

Patricia G. Gutierrez was born in Monterrey, Mexico on May 4th, 1971. Has a Bachelor (1992) and a Masters degree (1994) in Computer Systems Administration, from the "Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey". She got married in July 2003, since then she's been living in the State of Texas, in the United States of America. She has one son, and two daughters. She became a US citizen in July 2009. Later on, she became a Realtor in the city of Houston, in April 2012, graduated from the "Champions School of Real Estate", and since then she's been a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She lives in the area of The Woodlands, TX, where she has been a Licensed Realtor for over 8 years.
