Elizabeth's love for real estate began at a very young age. Her childhood bedroom dotted with horse barns and dollhouses she had created out of cardboard and craft woods, piqued an interest that grew into a love for home décor, building design and property development. Following that dream, Elizabeth has been buying, selling and developing farm and residential properties for almost 20 years. Starting as a young woman in college by renting a bare piece of farm property and turning it into a successful horse boarding stables, she was able to grow her Emerald Farm name in purchasing and developing horse business properties. Being a native Houstonian, Elizabeth knows the landscape well. Before the popularity of the Internet, one of Elizabeth's greatest hobbies as a teenager was scouting out the real estate magazines and projecting growth in the Houston area and surrounding counties. Now as a sales agent, she would love to share her knowledge in helping others find their perfect real estate venture. I am a native Houstonian, and lived here most of my life. I have worked, played and have grown up in the greater Houston area. I attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. I received my designations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), HAR Digital Marketing Strategist (HDMS) and New Home Sales Agent Certification (NHSAC). I am also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
