Prudence is committed to listening to her client's needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills. A skill she developed over the years in other industries such as, global telecommunications, and family law. She is dedicated to ensuring each transaction is successful with only the client's interest as the focus.



Having lived in the northern greater Houston area for nearly a decade and raising three children, Prudence has knowledge and experience of the benefits of the market area, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and local hidden gems. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. Her motto is, in anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance and optimism. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.



Prudence utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her client's buying and selling needs including stagers, painters, designers, handymen and inspectors. She is very communicative, thorough, and detailed - oriented she'll be alongside you every step of the way.

I have been a REALTOR since 2008 and in that time have facilitated the sale of a wide variety of property types. My background in bookkeeping gives me a keen eye for detail and it makes a powerful and effective advocate for my clients. Whether I am representing the buyer, the seller, or both, my goal is to make the process easy by being ahead of the game and keeping my clients informed as I guide them through the transaction. By putting my clients first, being in tune with their needs, and acting at all times with integrity, I hope I am able to alleviate stress and troubleshoot any obstacles before they arise. Recently I have gotten my designation as a "Senior Real Estate Specialist." As I am in that same category, I understand Seniors are at a place in their life needing to make decisions on downsizing while being close to amenities, hospitals and family. Most of all feeling at home and safe. I live in Northwest Houston, where I grew up in "the country within the big city." I was raised on 100 Acres of family land that is now surrounded by development but has not lost its country charm or privacy. My unique perspective helps me appreciate the best of both worlds and make me very knowledgeable no matter what type of property is involved. I have also lived on Lake Sam Rayburn, where my husband, Steve, and I ran a bed and breakfast on 6 waterfront acres. My interest in people, attention to detail as a bookkeeper, and unusual personal experiences with real estate culminated in a successful career selling lake real estate on both Lake Sam Rayburn.
