I am a Houston Native and graduate of Texas A&M University in 2008 holding a degree in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate. My experience started in a family owned construction company where I learned the true values of honesty and integrity by doing the right thing for my clients. My wife Lauren has her CPA and is our CFO and Social Media manager that helps run the day to day operations at our office. I have two daughters, Lily who just turned 6 and Faye who just turned 3. We love spending time as a family boating or going on a adventure somewhere the girls are excited to see. My wife and I are proud supporters of several nonprofits and local ministries in the Houston area. (i.e. Candlelighters, Heights Rotary, Fory Charitable Trust, Faith Comes by Hearing, Search Ministry, and Charm.)

My name is Sylvester Garcia. I am the broker of record at Houston Homes Plus, Realtors. I am also the founder of Houston's Circle of Real Estate Mentors. I graduated in 1997 with a Real Estate marketing degree from Madison Area Technical College with a minor in Psychology. I earned first place in the 1996 marketing competition in the prestigious regional colleges of Wisconsin. Among our current 25,000 HAR Real estate members, I enjoy the distinction to belong to a very small group of brokers and Realtors who has a Real Estate brokerage degree from an accredited college. Vice President of TIGs Houston office, a Commercial Real Estate firm currently seeking and hiring Associates to work with in the Houston market. Former Rice University Track & Field student-athlete pursuing a commercial real estate career in Houston, Texas. The key to success in this business is consistent, competitive field work, as well as a tough work ethic standard I follow irrevocably. As of March 9, 2020, I have successfully applied for a Brokers license, and should have one soon once i pass the Final Exam as i have met all qualifications. Previously as an athlete, I devoted at least 20 hours a week to athletics and travel while effectively maintaining a full academic course load of 15+ hours pursuing a Mathematics major. I enjoyed working towards a stronger work-ethic, and took pleasure in honing my leadership skills as one of the top runners at Rice.
