I had a huge number of trials and tribulations in my life that distracted me from reaching my goals. I have 3 children and one grandson. I love meeting people and especially trying to give help when needed and when I am able to do so. I love saying a few things that will make the conversations go a little easier and make matters more comfortable so that we may get to the same level of accomplishments, you buying your home, or investment property and me selling you those properties. Since moving from her native Dominican Republic, Patricia Sayegh has lived in many places around the United States. However, it was in Houston where she found her true home. The city's warm, friendly, welcoming nature and the exciting growth she has witnessed over her years of residence have convinced her that Houston is the best place to live in all of America. Patricia enjoys being with people and making them happy no matter their circumstances, which is one of the reasons she was drawn to a career in real estate. Nina brings two decades of corporate executive experience and her mindfulness practice to helping people through the most stressful time in their life- buying/selling their biggest financial investment. Born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia ( Africa), Nina moved to Los Angeles, California at 10 years old then to Houston, Texas where she has been living with her husband and three children for the past 22 years. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher and uses that skill-set to help buyers/sellers through their most important (and stress-full) time in their lives.
