Fernando grew up in southwest Houston, attended Alief Hastings High School and the University of Houston. He divides his non-working hours attending his sons activities, volunteering and family time. His utmost importance is running his business in a way that pleases and brings honor to God.

Sharon has been in the Real Estate Business since 1999, got her Brokers License in 2001 and became a Texas Association of Realtors and Texas Real Estate Commission, Instructor. Sharon is involved with Commercial and Residential Sales and Leasing.

She was Agent of the month her first year with Keller Williams. At RE/MAX she earned the President's Award and the next year, the Executive Award for sales by being able to give her clients a more personal touch and provide exceptional service.

I am genuinely enthusiastic about real estate, yet my passion surpasses the typical closing excitement. My passion begins at the basics exploring the property, learning the client's desires and behaviors, then empowering them by educating on every step of the real estate process. Before beginning my career in real estate, I bought, revitalized, and sold my own homes which peaked my interest and after moving to Texas, I decided it was time to help others. When I began my real estate career in 2014, I accepted less of the agent role and more of an educator and advisor to each of my clients. With my insight and guidance, I empower and educate my clients throughout the home buying/selling process. My unique approach to real estate allows me to breakdown and analyze data, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and help my clients find their dream home. As a graduate of Cal State University - San Marcos, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. I am also an active member of the community, taking on numerous leadership positions. I served as the Women's Council of Realtors Fort Bend Network Secretary (2016), President-Elect (2017), and WCR President (2018).
