Born in upstate New York and raised in Cinco Ranch, Texas, Nicole Sabbagh has the unique ability to form connections and create a sense of community wherever she goes. Nicole's work ethic sets her apart from other agents. Coming from a Middle Eastern family, the values of hard work, personability, and persistence were instilled in her from a young age. She graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in supply chain management and international business. She worked in the corporate world before transitioning to full time real estate in 2019 after realizing it was exactly what she was meant to do.

Nicole broke into the luxury market in 2019 and has since worked with international investors and a wide range of buyers. She is excited to get the opportunity to work with more buyers and sellers and continue to help people in any way she can. Nicole has a true heart for her clients and makes all her decisions through the lenses of compassion and honesty. Don't mistake her kindness as weakness, though. Nicole is a natural go-getter and brings an unrivaled sense of drive to each and every project. Her experience in business allows her to be a pro at negotiations and create an environment where her clients feel comfortable and represented.

Outside of work, you can find her running in Memorial Park, spending time with her baby nephew, and volunteering. As a first generation American, Nicole values community and spends time volunteering at local churches and hospitals. Since I was young, I've always wanted to be a real estate agent, dreaming of helping families find their perfect homes. Growing up in Texas, where everything's bigger and better, I've been inspired by the immense possibilities and opportunities this state offers. Recently, in 2023, I got my real estate license after years of community work and volunteering, which has taught me the importance of understanding people's needs. As a woman of faith, my values shape how I approach everything, including real estate. For me, it's about integrity, empathy, and making a positive impact on others' lives.
