Luisana Vazquez Oelfke is a native Houstonian and a proud University of Houston Cougar. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Management including a minor in Spanish, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006. After working in medical device sales and property management she spent 12 years as a bilingual elementary school educator and reading and math interventionist.

As a lifelong Houstonian and former educator Luisana is very familiar with the different communities and school districts in the Greater Houston Area. Her honesty and trustworthiness make her the perfect realtor to have on your side. As she guides buyers and sellers of residential real estate regarding valuations and negotiations, she can rely upon the many years of experience provided by her team the Young Realty Group.

Luisana and her husband Chris, a licensed home inspector, have made their home on the west side of Houston in the Energy Corridor. They have two lovely young daughters who keep her on her toes. In addition to her real estate pursuits, Luisana enjoys travel, shopping, decorating her home, and planning parties and special family events.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kerri was an assistant manager at her father’s trucking company, Karalis Trucking, for 10 years, overseeing day to day operations, managing multiple accounts and contracts, dealing with vendors, and bidding on jobs where good communication and strong negotiation skills were a must – just as they are in real estate.

But, real estate became her true passion from the moment she bought her first piece of land when she was 19. Amazed and pleased with its increasing value over the years, she followed up years later with the purchase of her first home, which she describes as one of the most memorable times in her life. It was then that she realized how much she would enjoy helping people with one of their biggest financial decisions – whether it be buying, selling or investing in real estate.

Michelle feels a strong connection to community and local businesses, and has served on the board for her alumni association as well as currently serves on the board for Memorial Bend Civic Association. In her free time, she spends time with her family including young son Jackson, she enjoys indoor cycling, cooking, and wine. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
