About this property

Possible owner financing with 15-20% down, 20 year amortization, 5 year balloon and 5.5% interest. Beautiful Home, Utopia - Texas In 2016 this house was stripped back to the metal roof, hard pine 80 year old floors and a few walls studs. Since it is a pier and beam construction, the floors were leveled and added 20+ PIERS. After leveling a complete renovation of the home was conducted. Rooms we rearranged allowing complete openness. All plumbing, all doors ( interior) and exterior) , all electrical including new breaker box, all wiring, kitchen cabinets and granite counters were replaced. Basically the entire structure was rebuilt. The water is heated now by an instant water heater. The exterior was finished with green 4 x 8 board covered by 50 year guaranteed smart board. All was painted with Sherwin Williams paint. (2 coats) All walls and ceiling were completely insulated. In 2020 a new two car oversized garage (22' x 24') with was built.
