Cottonwood Cove is the last resort on the way to the very popular Fall Creek Vineyards. We’re also within 20-30 minutes from restaurants, shopping, & more. **Water levels vary and are currently low.** Units available- Cabins 7&8 are $895 a month & have gas stoves. Cabins 4&5 are $895 per month & have electric stoves. Utilities are allocated at $100 per month. This will be a fixed rate for the duration of the 12-month lease. Available after April 11th 2024
