Description

This home feels much larger than it is, due to high ceilings, open spaces, tons of natural light, and a lanai off of the downstairs living room. It has a large garden and backyard, along with a very large front yard and a park for the family/kids across the street. A 3 car garage, whole house water filtration, office, huge kitchen with new appliances (gas stove), dining, breakfast nook, and upstairs game room/ 2nd living room are a few of the reasons this house won't last. Client is downsizing, but we spoke some the neighbors and they love living in the neighborhood. It's serene, it's beautiful and even with a major freeze killing most vegetation, it still photographs like a champ. The home feels much more expensive and nicer than many of the homes we've been in at higher price points. Owner and realtor will be at open house to answer all questions.
