About the Broker
Melanie Holton is the Broker-Owner of Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 12 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating real estate and property management companies. She bought an existing real estate company in 2012, affiliated with Century 21 for 10 years, and decided her company was stronger as Holton Realty. She is dedicated to making her clients happy. She is a wife, mother of four, member of First Baptist Church-Brenham, broker-owner of We Manage Properties, former Vice President of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce, member of the Institue for Real Estate Management, and a successful real estate salesperson. She and the members of the Holton Team are dedicated to giving their clients the highest level of service in achieving their real estate goals.
