Ymke Condy started working in Real Estate in her native country of South Africa in 1978. She built and co-owned a very successful Real Estate company there and enjoyed running a business. In 2001, she immigrated to the United States with her family of 5 and is now extremely proud to be a citizen of the USA. After moving to Texas in 2003, Ymke resumed her career in Real Estate and has been off and running ever since. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, where he currently resides, Austin is a proud native Texan. He was raised in Glen Rose, a small Hill Country town about an hour southwest of Fort Worth. Austin's earliest memories involve playing golf at Squaw Valley with his parents and roaming the family farm. After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Austin played golf professionally for six years, travelling to over 17 different countries, before joining Century21 and starting the Back9 Realty Group. I love golf and have always wanted that to be a part of my life. The Back9 Group felt like a natural creation of my passion for both golf and real estate. With a strong background in the golf industry, an entrepreneurial drive, and the yearning to help people, I have found my calling in golf community real estate. Austin specializes in sales throughout most of North Texas including Fort Worth, Tarrant, Hood, and Somervell counties as well as surrounding areas. He always makes the buying and selling process smooth by exhibiting strong communication skills, creative marketing, hard work, drive and enthusiasm for all his clients whether they are buying a multimillion-dollar estate or their first home. Austin has a long background in golf after being raised by parents who both worked in the golf industry. I recently completed the Seniors Real Estate Specialist certification to better serve the senior silver surfers community. Together my wife and I both have a passion for the older community. She is an Occupational Therapist Assistant and also has a certification for home modifications, aging in place, and universal design.
