“My experience had more of a personal touch like having someone else be the one to get upset for you before you can even get worked up and get on other people to do their jobs (essentially handling your lightweight). For me it's not always how you handle things when they are not going well but the resiliency to adjust to the changes. I'm BIG on the customer experience and want every bit of Great customer service that is out there. What really sold me on this team is not how right or wrong everything went. It was their reaction time frame when things went wrong even though the blame was in no way shape or form theirs. Those lightening quick reflexes already had contingency plans A and B ready to be executed and put in place by the time I found out their was a bump in place they were just waiting on my green light. I appreciate them seeing things through and following up to check that nothing else unforeseen arose. Did I happen to mention how this was last minute and they made it happen seamlessly for me. The thing that made this so easy for me was that all my pet peeves were addressed without me having to spell it out to them. There was lots of communication back and forth, the flow of information to me was unhindered and not delayed, and the professional courteous manner of how I was handled exceeded my expectations. They make you feel as if they care and it's because THEY ACTUALLY DO. A+ in my book....”

We had an estate sale and she was able to navigate through all of our challenges and was extremely responsive to any request we had. She put in long hours (nights and weekends, during the holiday season) to ensure that we got the best deal on our House.
