A Houston native and entrepreneur, Kevin W. Bell is a leader in the community and passionate about investing in the city of Houston. With a background in luxury custom residential and commercial construction, his knowledge of current and planned development gives him an edge as a REALTOR in today's fast-paced market.

He and his wife volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston, and were honored to be "Big Couple of the Year" in 2015. Kevin sits on the Business & Economic Development Committee for the Near Northwest Management District currently serves as President of the Greater Inwood Partnership. Kevin graduated from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business, Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship with a degree in Entrepreneurship and minor in Marketing.

I specialize in the sale of homes in Galveston's unique neighborhoods, resort, beach and bay properties on Galveston Island, West End and East End. After a successful sales career in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, I relocated to Jamaica Beach in 2012 and made the professional change to real estate sales. My sales success is grounded in the ability to carefully listen to and meet my clients' needs. My ultimate goal is to make sure that all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally so that clients can quickly move on to enjoying home ownership on the island. I also easily identify with the needs of second home buyers who want a tranquil escape.
