Cynthia works closely with her in-office vacation rental program and leverages her knowledge of income properties and vacation rental potential to give her clients an advantage. I can sell a buyer a home and list it with our program seamlessly. I am also a relocation specialist for students and faculty at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and Texas A&M. Our office manages over 150 properties in our market area which provides a wealth of knowledge and insight to home buyers wanting to invest in rentals, Cynthia said, who is also well versed in foreclosure properties through FreddieMac and the VA. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Cynthia believes in giving back to her community in profound ways. She founded a thriving nonprofit called RecoveryChick. Together with her broker she also opened a home called Judy's House. Judy's House is named after Cynthia's late mother.

Country girl at heart with a twist of beach vibes! I grew up riding horses in all events but my main love was barrel racing. I went from junior rodeos up to gaining my pro card in the WPRA. I grew up in central California with the beautiful Sierra mountains as a distant view! I moved to Oklahoma in 2008 and continued to barrel race from Kansas down to Texas. I opened a rehab/fitness center for horses in central Oklahoma. It contained an inground Aqua-tread for horses. I have a passion for taking care of animals in any way! I pour my heart into the care for them! I fell in love with the Galveston Bay on our yearly visits. My love grew into reality when we had the opportunity to move to Lake Jackson in 2021. I have a love for the beautiful ocean view! I do enjoy fishing off the surf or out on a boat! So many great opportunities in the area to catch beautiful fish! I really enjoy morning beach walks to see the sunrise. With the moves I have made in the past, I have had the opportunity to buy and sell my own homes.
