Kimberly Gaido was born and raised in Galveston and has a sincere passion for life on the Island. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she held membership as a Pi Beta Phi and a scholarship to the tennis team for 4 years. Kimberly spent 20 years in the hospitality business perfecting her customer service skills. She also obtained a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York where she learned how to entertain friends and family with culinary delights. For the past 15 years Kimberly has been involved in outside sales within the medical field. Her years in sales coupled with customer service have taught her that strong values, integrity and passion are the cornerstones to building trust and finding a customer the right home to fit their needs. Growing up around the water Kimberly has a particular love for fishing and hunting. Her children are her six English pointers and Labradors that keep her company in the duck blind and roaming the south Texas senderos. In the summer, if not in the office, you will find her playing golf at the Galveston Country Club or fishing the Galveston Bays.

Tee Jay Hadley, a Texas native, is a licensed Real Estate Professional. Tee Jay comes to this side of real estate with extensive experience in property management, which has allowed him to drive results for investors while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Helping others achieve their real estate dreams, whether it be buying or selling, is the motivation that drives Tee Jay to succeed. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Tee Jay's experience was in multi-family property management. He started his career as a property manager for an apartment community, and quickly climbed the ranks to a corporate Regional Director position. While in the Regional Director position, Tee Jay was responsible for a portfolio totaling over $48,000,000 in assets and directed numerous on-site team members. Tee Jay won several awards during his property management career and was able to increase NOI (net operating income) for the investors year over year.

A Little About Me-

My interest and passion for Real Estate began in the early 1990's, when my husband and I were beginning the search for our first home. Since then, we have moved 6 times and lived in 4 cities in Texas. Four of these moves included building our new home. I just love the process and, yes, we are still happily married!



In the early 2000's, we continued our Real Estate adventure and purchased, remodeled and flipped 2 properties in the North Houston area. I would have to say that our very latest endeavors have been my favorite, so far. In 2019, we purchased a 1913 historic cottage, in Galveston, and completely remodeled it. We maintained the historic features and charm of the home, while bringing it up to date with all the modern conveniences. The home was featured on the GHF Historic Home Tour in 2021. We are now working on a 1900 Storm Survivor, that will hit the market soon! Having lived on the island in my youth, I grew to love everything about Galveston. I want to share that love and experience with others and can't wait to help you find your perfect Island home.

Biscotti is also known to chase brown pelicans and seagulls on the sandy beaches of our beautiful Galveston Island.
