Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Alyson worked as a Historic Preservation Planning Specialist in San Antonio, Texas and in Savannah, Georgia. In this position, she worked closely with homeowners, developers, investors and architects on various new construction and restoration projects. I have always had a passion for helping people, I was a registered nurse for many years as well as a personal trainer. After relocating to Jamaica beach in 2014, I made the professional change to real estate. I make customer service my number one priority when finding my client's their dream home. I am hard-working, devoted and don't stop until the job is done right! I currently live on Dickinson Bay with my husband where we enjoy hosting guest, playing with our dogs, and evening golf cart rides. I also have a big adventure side, I love paddle boarding, cycling and crossfit. One of my biggest joys is spending time with our two children.

Originally from Michigan, I lived in San Diego for ten years after graduating college until my wife and I moved to Texas to be closer to her family. Prior to real estate, I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. As a real estate broker, my mission is to introduce buyers to a community where they feel a connection, and help sellers with the sale of their home so that they can experience a smooth transition into the home that best accommodates their current needs and situation.

Stemming from my desire to interact with people in a challenging career, business endeavors range from the telecommunications industry where I held positions in management, to working with my family's beach rental business.

After recognizing the potential in the vacation home business, I earned my real estate license in order to take a more active role in the family business, as well as expand my own business into residential sales.

Kyle Carranza was born in Kansas but raised in Texas City, TX. He grew up playing baseball and loves to be surrounded by family and friends. After high school he lived in San Antonio, TX for 4 years to pursue a career in the medical field. In 2019, he decided to switch careers and got his Texas Real Estate license, closing over $700k in total sales volume his first year. In 2020, he has closed over 1.4 million in total sales volume and is not done yet.
