We purchased a HUD home and it was a complete nightmare. HUD doesn't want to help you out at all, anything they can do to make the process worse, they will do. Luckily Gail stood by me during the process, keeping me calm. I will would not recommend buying a HUD home, however I would recommend Gail to anyone!”
