My name is Kristina Stewart and I'm a realtor with C.R. Realty and Co-Owner of the Local Property Group. I've been in the real estate industry since 2008 and am a native to West Houston. Growing up in Missouri City and Sugar Land, I left briefly to pursue my business degree, but shortly after, moved back home to start a family. My husband and I, along with our two energetic boys, have enjoyed home ownership in Richmond, Katy, Brookshire, and now Fulshear.

At Local Property Group we truly enjoy working with our clients and believe communication between clients, lenders, title, and fellow agents are what sets us up for a smooth transaction from start to finish. Melanie Ysasaga enjoys applying her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations to every Real Estate transaction, working to insure her clients' needs and satisfaction come before all else. Growing up in the Clear Lake area, she fell in love with Houston, so was thrilled when she and her husband had the opportunity to relocate to Katy. She understands first hand what moving is all about, aggressively negotiating on behalf of her clients while keeping a flow of communication. She has worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries for over 10 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge for buying, selling and financing Real Estate. Melanie is dedicated to serving and improving our community as President of a local church youth group and a member of the Sam Houston Area Boy Scouts of America. Their oldest son is an Eagle Scout and their next son is one rank away. She and her husband are the proud parents of four fantastic children. As a daughter of a French Pastry Chef, she loves spending time in the kitchen creating delicious delectables for her family. She puts great importance on family and her faith in God.

My Real Estate career began in the early 2000's but then took a break to work from home as a production manager for a publishing company while my children went through their school years. Fifteen years later with my children grown and on their own I decided to return to my passion of helping people through the often stressful process of selling and buying real estate. Having grown up in and raised my own family in the Katy area since 1978 it was a natural decision for me to specialize in this area that I know so well.Raising three children while working with a monthly deadline job for multiple publications, provided me with important tools that carryover into making me a valuable asset as a Realtor: patience, negotiating skills, knowing how to tackle deadlines with ease, acute attention to detail and knowing the importance of keeping in constant communication with clients.
