My name is Kelly Frnka, and I am a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Western Realty serving the Katy/Fulshear/West Houston market.



After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998, I spent 25 years as a Merchandise Buyer for Academy Sports and Outdoors, Garden Ridge, and Foley's developing my strong negotiation, analytical, business management, and marketing skill sets.
As a real estate sales professional, I treat every transaction like it is my own. I will partner with you to develop and execute a plan to achieve your real estate goals.

As a native Houstonian and a Fulshear resident for over thirty years, I have seen the Suburbs of West Houston expand exponentially over the years. With a degree in Marketing and a background in New Home Sales and Construction, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients. A native Texan, Kelly has lived all over the Lone Star State. Born in Dallas, she has called Austin, Lubbock and finally Houston home. Now a resident of Cinco Ranch, she markets areas in Katy and Sugar Land.

Kelly’s relocations have made her a savvy mover and she passes on her knowledge and experience to her clients, especially those moving with children. She values the opportunity to help them adjust to a new situation.

My name is Janelle Williams and I am a Katy/Fulshear Realtor with Remax Cinco Ranch. I have lived in Fort Bend County for over 40 years and have witnessed the growth and changes in the area as the population moves out West!


After graduating from Texas A&M University, I spent 15 years as a Buyer in the Retail industry working for such companies as Foley's, Tootsies, Stage Stores and Academy Sports and Outdoors. Running a 90 million dollar retail business allowed me to strengthen my financial, analytical and negotiation skills.....strengths that I have parlayed into helping my clients in their real estate transactions.
