Hi, I'm Elnaz Torabian, a REALTOR® with Next Trend Realty in Houston, Texas. I bring a unique blend of analytical insight, dedicated professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate dreams.
Originally from Iran, I earned my bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. After relocating to the United States, I launched my career with major oil and gas corporations and notable recycling associations.
Now based in Houston, I draw on my strong analytical background and meticulous attention to detail qualities that greatly benefit my real estate clients. Licensed since 2023, I approach every transaction with care and enthusiasm, making sure my clients feel supported and confident throughout the process. I'm fluent in both English and Persian (Farsi), allowing me to serve a diverse range of clients.
Real estate allows me to combine my analytical mindset with the genuine joy I find in guiding people through important life decisions. I specialize in residential properties across the greater Houston area, always focused on understanding and fulfilling each client's unique needs and goals. My engineering background uniquely equips me to offer insights into quality, safety, and long-term investment potential.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing the Santoor (a traditional Persian musical instrument), reading, jogging, and swimming. I love spending quality time with my husband and family especially my nephews. I'm also passionate about giving back and actively volunteer in environmental initiatives and local community events.
