In December of 2014, retired from the El Paso Community College as a Technical Service Specialist after 25 years of Service. From 1991-2006, I worked with Century 21 APD as a Realtor on a Part-Time basis. In 2007, I became a Texas Real Estate Broker and established Home-Link Realty Inc.. Currently, I'm enjoying the time I spend helping people find the home of their dreams. It also gives me great pleasure when I am given the opportunity to List and sell their Homes. As an Independent Brokerage, Home-Link Realty can be more flexible and extremely competitive in listing cost. Home-Link Realty is a HUD Registered Selling Broker for HUD Foreclosures, and we are able to assist in the Fannie Mae (HomePath) Foreclosures also. We can assist in any On-Line Bidding for Foreclosures such as Auction.com and HomeSearch.com. We also provide Property Management Services. As a 2nd generation REALTOR®, I understand and do not take lightly the trust people put in me when they've made the decision to buy or sell a home. Real estate is not a job for me, it is a profession. The hours of real estate & legal classes that I took, the state and national exams that I passed taught me how to fill out a contract and how to not break real estate laws, but the desire to help people fulfill the dream of home ownership really is why I do what I do. I have made lifelong friends selling real estate. Many of my past clients have proudly given my name to their friends and family because they know I am my client's advocate. I work hard and expect to get the most for my clients whether it is the best deal or the quickest sell. You will find that I am honest and trustworthy and have a strong sense of responsibility. I have been happily married to my husband/broker for over 30 years and we both know that real estate is not a 9 to 5 job. My response time to answer calls, texts & emails is outstanding. I volunteer at my church most Wednesday nights and have served as President of the Board of Directors for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and in 2016 was chosen Salesperson of the Year of the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS®. Real Estate designations that I hold include Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI) and the Texas REALTOR'S Leadership Program (TRLP) and I am a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®.
