“I really wish that I could give Don a higher score than 5. If possible, I would certainly do so. Being a newbie to the real-estate market, I was a bit hesitant to jump in, and was referred to Don thru a friend. He is exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. He really walked me through the entire process, from setting expectations, to helping me avoid common pitfalls. He was ALWAYS professional during all communications (i.e. personal encounters, correspondence via email/texts, etc). I had several rental viewings with Don over the course of my time working with him. He was never “just on time”....he was always early!! Being a working professional, punctuality is something that I very much looked for and appreciated in a realtor. In my opinion, Don’s flexibility is his best trait. In the several months that I’ve worked with him, there were too many changes to count (houses being taken off the market at the last minute, fluidity of loan docs, amendments from the seller, etc). Don not only took care of these issues for me, he was proactive and tackled them head on. When changes were needed, he stated that he’d have the updates/amendments to me right away. Before I could follow-up with him about it, the amendments were already in my inbox ready for e-signatures. Don knows what his clients want/expect and delivers truly exceptional service. He facilitated the closing on 3 properties for me. Would I refer him to anyone looking for a real-estate agent?...Absolutely!! This guy really is amazing and a true professional in every sense of the word. I certainly look forward to working with Don in the future. ”
