“Since 2004, my family and I have moved seven times for work. Recently, we made the decision to move back home to be with family. Each time, our biggest challenge was finding a good realtor. We had considered our most recent move from Texas to New Jersey two years ago, but once again were not happy with the realtor and pulled the house from the market. We needed a realtor who was honest with us in what would allow us to be successful, even if we had to make some changes to the house. We needed honest feedback. This past April we decided to move forward, one more time, to make the move north chose another realtor. This time we went with Keller Williams. When my husband went to our local office and Donna Sitton came out to speak with him. My husband invited Donna to come speak with us and, with much apprehension, I agreed. I was simply nervous about signing another contract. When I first met Donna, I was a little taken back with her total honesty, her thoughts on what would help to sell the house. While they were all great ideas, we chose the items we thought were the most important to update change and two weeks later we signed the contract with Donna. Donna brought so many potential buyer to our home in a short period of time and a couple of weeks later we had a cash offer and closed a few weeks after that. Dona Sitton is the best realtor I ve ever worked with. Not just because she sold our home, but because she was upfront and honest with us with what we needed to do to sell the house. Donna is very knowledgeable and had a very good understanding of what it would take to sell a home in the relentless market. Her ability to determine the market value of our home was spot on. We agreed upon and established a listing number for our home that enabled us to achieve the sale exactly at the market value she had already determined. And when it came to negotiating, Donna was conscientious and diligent in all aspects of the negotiation process, representing our best intere”
