I visited South Padre Island for the first time in 1998. I purchased my first slice of Island paradise in 2004 and have been an owner of both rental and residential property.After a variety of careers (musician, educator of gifted & talented students, librarian,technology specialist), I obtained my real estate license in 2013 and moved to SPI as a full-time resident.

 I grew up in the Pittsburgh area, and at the age of seven, visited the New Jersey beach for the first time. As I was listening to my parents make conversation with our waitress one morning at breakfast, it suddenly dawned on me that there are people who actually live in vacation towns; they never have to 'go home.' From that point, it became my dream to someday live at the beach; to be one of the fortunate few who do not have to pack up and return home at the end of the week. Just as my dream finally came to fruition, I hope to make other's property ownership dreams come true.
