Professional Experience

Denese began her career in the real estate industry in Virginia. Beginning in 1996, she started on the Administrative side working in marketing, general admin and then as a personal assistant. Later in 1999, she obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License working in Residential real estate sales, Property Management and then earning her Brokers License, as well as the Principles of Real Estate Instructors License. Having previously owned a small construction/remodeling company along with working for a national builder in San Antonio, and working with a semi-custom builder in the Hill Country has allowed her to share her New Construction expertise.

Denese’s vast range of knowledge and experience in the industry make her a huge asset throughout your real estate transaction. She values open communication, and makes building relationships with her clients a priority. Clients become friends and sometimes more like family which she loves about this industry, and ultimately assisting them year after year making their real estate dreams a reality.

Denese can serve clients all over Texas, but specializes in North San Antonio, Bulverde, Spring Branch and throughout the Texas Hill Country, as well as Austin areas.

Personal Background

Denese comes from a military family and lived in Northern Virginia and the Hampton Roads Military City area. In 2014, she relocated to San Antonio and she plans to call the Texas Hill Country her home through retirement. She loves the variety of new foods, concerts and outdoor activities the city offers. Denese has two daughters and two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time at the lake or beach with friends and family.
