“If there s 30 out of 10, you got it, Declan Ojonta. As a first time home owner, you took my fear away from the beginning till the end. This gent bends over backward towards his clients when ensuring clarity on home purchasing, ahead of time and as you proceed. When I found my dream home being built near my old apartment, I knew I had to go for it. I had time conflicts at the time because of the nature of my job and I was always out of town talk of months . And God knew I did not want to miss those homes. Declan took it over to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He went through all the procedures and challenges to ensure things were done right. Communication, transparency and professionalism were excellent. His attitude and commitment made me feel very much involved, even though I was not very much around. “I am a first time home buyer and I will have to say there is a mental and emotional stress that comes with this, but I am glad I made the best choice by having Mr. Declan Ojonta as my realtor. He made this process a lot easier with looking at different hosing options and daily updates of what to expect, making sure your needs and goals were in perspective and reminding you that you have the final decision. at some point I felt like I had my own lawyer and advisory team all in one person .
