“Deann was a real pleasure to work with during our move and house-hunting! As first time home-buyers, my wife and I were nervous and naïve. Deann helped us with everything - we had about 6 days to narrow down on a house. Deann asked us for things we cared about and initially took my wife and our baby daughter to a few houses. I think what we really liked about Deann is that she listened to what we had to say about the initial houses and completely tuned the rest of her recommendations based on our feedback. She really cared about what we wanted and helped us by pointing out things we may not have thought about. At no time did we ever feel she was pressuring us or tired of showing us around. She gave us advice throughout and made sure we were comfortable with decisions we were making. We always felt she was looking out for us and we definitely would have struggled to find a place we loved without all the information she gave us.
