David recently helped my daughter find an apartment in the Heights. Being out of state, he was a true lifesaver. He was thoughtful and attentive, taking the time to figure out exactly what my daughter was looking for. Every question was met with a well informed response, and a willingness to go beyond expectations. David treated us as if we were his own family. With his kind and reassuring manner, he made what could have been a stressful situation easy. My daughter's apartment is perfect for her, and she is very happy. David has been wonderful to work with. He previously helped my mom with selling her home. She had a great experience with him which of course made us want to work with him as well. He is very knowledgeable in the Houston market, and was familiar with the area our home was located. He listened to us, understood pain points, and provided guidance to ensure we sold our house in an efficient and timely manner. He gave us recommendations on improvements to help us get the best return on investment and even coordinated with the contractor on our behalf. The house looked amazing after staging and the improvements were made. His team has also been great, and they are all very responsive.
