Example: My husband and I were looking at a real nice half acre of property for purchase. Danielle told us since the property was located in the unincorporated area we might not be able to install a water well/septic tank because the property was under 1 acre. After checking with the county we would not have been able to because of a new law that passed. Had she not shared that information with us, we would of been stuck with a an empty lot!!
