Danielle is the Co-Founder of The One Realty in Austin Texas.  Danielle's straightforward yet encouraging communication style, problem-solving nature, and fierce negotiation skills are only part of what makes her a top-producing agent. Within three years of having her real estate license, she was already being routinely recognized as a top producer in Austin at her first brokerage, and she earned the distinction of being a Diamond Level Producer. Chiefly motivated by helping others, Danielle takes time to cultivate deep, meaningful relationships with her clients to thoroughly understand their real estate needs. When working with buyers, sellers, and investors, Danielle draws from her personal and professional experiences to manage every detail. From obtaining exclusive access to off-market properties and supplying detailed comp analyses to staging each listing to drive maximal results, Danielle's ethical character, affinity for numbers, and established industry relationships work in her clients' favor by design. After graduating with an engineering-focused B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy, Danielle was a personnel and services officer who, in 10 years, worked her way to the rank of major. She was hand-picked to lead several hundred troops and multiple large-scale operations for both the Air Force and the Department of Defense. In 2011, Danielle became a certified negotiator and mediator for the Air Force, facilitating complex concessions with labor unions and supervisors alike. While she is no longer on active duty, she continues to put her negotiation and leadership skills to use while overseeing complex real estate transactions. As a continued expression of quality and distinction, Danielle operates The One Realty with the Air Force's core values, which were ingrained in her during her time in the service: Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. Danielle is not the only individual who is passionate about real estate in her family. Her wife, Taylor, is also her business partner and a fellow Realtor® who brings an in-depth knowledge of construction and design to their business. The other big piece to Danielle's family is her son, Dylan. As a mom, she is passionately involved with his school, where she regularly volunteers and helps host charity events. If she isn't involved in school or real estate, chances are you will find Danielle cooking and entertaining both friends and family alike at home in the heart of Austin; at the gym working out (she has run numerous marathons and competes in athletic events); or out enjoying the greenbelts and local music in Austin with Taylor, Dylan, and their three dogs.
