My name is Ann Ellis and I grew up Norway and moved to Katy Texas in 1996. I've been a First Responder for over 25 years in the Katy area and have been working in real estate for a little over 2 years but have an amazing mentor that's been doing this for over 20 years. While I am open to all areas of Waller, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, I am most familiar with the Katy/Brookshire area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is how everyone gets together for Friday Night Football because you still get the small town feeling and get to spend time with your family and friends.
To be a successful real estate agent, I believe that today's homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home. I utilizes a variety of online marketing tools and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, I use my local presence, network and niche online presence to focus on the homes you are looking for, as well as home for selling.
I believe it is important to be transparent, keep you up to date and informed as much as possible. Good communication help keep the stress of the unknown to a minimum.
I am married with three kids and two dogs. While I was born and raised in Norway, I came to Texas as fast as I could. As a family we love going camping to the different State Parks, exploring new and exciting places to go fishing and hiking.
