Born in Denmark, educated in Europe and Indiana University, Hanne has lived in Dallas the last 30+ years. Hanne is fluent in several languages; Danish, German & Norwegian with an understanding of French. She specializes and excels in relocation and has worked with transferees from most major DFW corporations. Hanne helps buyers & sellers in Dallas and all surrounding areas including The Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Richardson, Plano, Coppell, Flower Mound, Carrollton, Addison, Frisco, Allen, Southlake and Colleyville. Hanne is known for the meticulous care she gives all her clients regardless of price range. Hanne is active in many professional organizations. She has served as President of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and is a past Director of the Texas Association of Realtors as well as director of the National Association of Realtors. She was President of the North Texas MLS system - NTREIS. She has headed up the North Dallas MLS. I began my real estate career in 2005 in Sabine county, selling primarily on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake. I learned a lot about business, sales, and the value of hard work. I transitioned from selling real estate into working as a manager for a large company for several years. In 2018, I made the decision to enter the market again as a full time Realtor, expanding my service area to include Sam Rayburn lake area and quickly achieving a multi million dollar producing agent status. It was my love of working with people that ultimately brought me back to my roots. Returning to a career in real estate that I am passionate about, will shine through in my outstanding client service and knowledge of the market. Leveraging my experience as a business manager for many years, I am known for honesty, my personal touches, and being a skilled negotiator with my clients best interests at heart.

Susan was born in Houston, TX and spent eight of her childhood years in Mexico where she traveled the country, learned the language, and explored the culture. It was through that fascination and life experience that she developed a passion for the people, travel, architecture and design which led her to pursue a career in real estate. Having a heart for serving others, she enjoys building a rapport with clients and making their real estate dreams a reality. Being fluent in Spanish helped open the door for international connections and relationships. Susan and her husband now reside in Houston, TX with their two sons.
