A little bit about me...I did not grow up in Texas, but as they say, got here as fast as I could. I grew up an Army brat and moved more times than I can count. I landed here in Texas after high school to begin college at Texas A&M as my dad was a Texas resident. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, was a Special Education and Regular Education teacher for several years before deciding to stay home to raise my two boys. When they started school, I headed back to work, but not to teaching. I became an office administrator for a major real estate broker and office in my area. That's when I started to take more of an interest in the real estate profession. Later, when the brokerage was sold, I started to work as an assistant to another major real estate broker who encouraged me to get my license. In 2023, I did and am now ready to start helping clients as well as continuing on as a licensed assistant. Although I am recently licensed, I have had years of experience in real estate with contracts and title companies and will bring that experience to you now as a licensed agent.
I am an awesome Wife and Mom! My background and experience of working in the oil and gas industry for over 28 years in the accounting and ethics & compliance divisions definitely has provided me with the ability to tackle this great industry of real estate. It also helps that I worked for several years with a major home builder in the Houston area.
