After successfully owning and operating her own remodeling business, Amalia decided to further her expertise by becoming a licensed real estate agent. Amalia's love and curiosity for learning the Foods and Cultures of Diverse Nationalities has allowed her to build and market to a vast Multicultural Network within many Associations and Industries. I have lived in the Houston area since 1976 with the exception of a 3 year leave to live in Anchorage Alaska. We have lived in Kingwood, Humble, Houston, Copperfield area, Cypress and now Magnolia. I have many ties to Houston and surrounding communities and love all that it has to offer. I have experience with foreclosed properties, HUD Homes, new construction (neighborhood & custom). There is more to owning a home than coming up with enough money for down payment and closing costs; there are mortgage payments, insurance premiums, property taxes and general home maintenance costs. As a native to Houston, I have watched the city grow and expand its boundaries far past where I could have imagined. This city is strong and resilient and I'm proud to call Houston my home. I currently live in Northwest Houston and concentrate my efforts on that part of the city.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in both the residential and commercial market. In my practice of real estate, I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction.

I am a family woman with a devotion to God, my husband of 23 years and my 3 sons. In my free time I love to watch my boys play soccer and be active outside: running, walking my dog, boating on Lake Livingston and entertaining family and friends.
