Krista Stoutner is the real deal when it comes to real estate. This honest, loyal and hardworking Realtor genuinely loves to help others. She does not see this profession as a "sales" profession, she views it as a "service" profession. She wants her to clients to know that when they choose her, she will help them to not only find the right house, but also the lifestyle they want and deserve.

Given her love for working with and meeting new people, it's no surprise customer service has consistently been at the foundation and forefront of Krista's professional career. Having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, and a Master of Education specializing in Counseling, coupled with a varied background from working as a receptionist/secretary in a law firm, to restaurant manager, event planner and addictions counselor, Krista has learned how to successfully work with people from very diverse backgrounds and needing assistance with a variety of situations.

A good listener, Krista knows how to discern and deliver what her clients want. Taught by her mother to never give up, by her stepfather the no-nonsense side of business and by her father the value of planning and patience, she goes above and beyond to fix a problem. Krista hails from Lubbock, Texas and has resided in Houston since 2001. She currently lives in Cypress with her husband and four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, reading, Bunco and teaching Sunday school. She is also a member of the Fairfield MOM's Club.

A little bit about me...I did not grow up in Texas, but as they say, got here as fast as I could. I grew up an Army brat and moved more times than I can count. I landed here in Texas after high school to begin college at Texas A&M as my dad was a Texas resident. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, was a Special Education and Regular Education teacher for several years before deciding to stay home to raise my two boys. When they started school, I headed back to work, but not to teaching. I became an office administrator for a major real estate broker and office in my area. That's when I started to take more of an interest in the real estate profession. Later, when the brokerage was sold, I started to work as an assistant to another major real estate broker who encouraged me to get my license. In 2023, I did and am now ready to start helping clients as well as continuing on as a licensed assistant. Although I am recently licensed, I have had years of experience in real estate with contracts and title companies and will bring that experience to you now as a licensed agent.
