Grace Partida is a Realtor-Associate with JEA Properties. She has extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market and of property management. Licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate in both Texas since 2011 and in Florida since 2016, Grace has been managing properties since 2012 for both investment clientele and for her personal investments. Born and raised in Mexico City, Grace is fluent in both English and Spanish which she uses regularly with her local and international clientele. My passion in life has always been centered around helping help others, especially through life's demanding circumstances and uncertain situations. My extensive nursing experience helped me master critical thinking skills that protect lives. Thankfully, home buying isn't life or death. That said, this skill set is extremely useful in Real Estate as I navigate the high-paced pressure associated with buying and selling homes. Ultimately, I want my clients to experience a pleasurable process while I take the burden of the transaction. I graduated from Magnolia H.S. with the class of 1999. I have lived in the Magnolia area for over 30 years. I served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years, 5 years as a Sheriff's Deputy in Yuma, AZ, 5 years as a Juvenile Probation Officer and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. I became a Realtor to continue to help people. As a Veteran I am dedicated in serving so let me serve you in helping you buy or sell. Originally from Ohio, Gabrielle is proud to call Houston home. She often enjoys showing off the fun parts of Houston and all its offerings to her clients. When Hurricane Harvey struck the city and 95 percent of her neighborhood was affected, she immediately went to work helping her displaced neighbors find apartments or homes to lease while they determined their next steps. She was able to use her experience to successfully help them sell their homes for much higher prices than most investors were willing to pay. Gabrielle goes the extra mile; it's evident in her positive attitude and impressive expertise. She handles her clients' transactions as if they were family and always has their best interest in mind.
