Before moving to Houston 10 years ago, Jennifer attended Texas A&M University earning her Masters in Real Estate. Houston has now become her home and she is here to help you find yours!

Joyce is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate of Crosby High School and Champion School of Real Estate. After working as a corporate accountant in the energy field for 20 years, she began her career in real estate in 1997, first as an accountant and office manager with a commercial real estate firm, then as full time real estate agent. With extensive personal connections in the community, and having lived here her entire life; this has enable her to effect real estate transactions that are mutually satisfactory for both buyer and seller. She always includes her personal, honest, caring touch for which she is well known, while keeping her goal to make a difference in peoples lives. Joyce has spent time in Africa, Mexico and Peru doing mission work. She and her husband have a very full personal life, with family and service to community and church. She finds fulfillment in meeting the needs of her family and community while keeping her faith in God as her top piority.

Team Manager for the Ellis-Nabors team, Karen serves as the hub that makes the team function smoothly and efficiently in the office. She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

As a native Houstonian and seasoned professional, I have spent my career honing my skills in customer service, networking, negotiation, and building trusted relationships. During my tenure as an Inside Sales Representative at Parker Hannifin, I garnered invaluable experience collaborating with colleagues, upholding high standards of professionalism, and ensuring customers received exceptional care.



Following this, I established Sweetie's Treats, a successful business where I utilized my expertise to develop meaningful connections with clients. Throughout my 8-year tenure, I dedicated myself to delivering the utmost in professionalism, exceptional customer service, and creating visually appealing and delectable treats. In doing so, I developed a loyal following who felt more like family than customers.



Presently, utilizing my extensive professional background and my experience raising two children who were educated at home from a young age, I have expanded my skills as a seasoned realtor. My aim is to help clients pursue their dreams of acquiring their dream homes, and approach each engagement with respect, communication, competency, and integrity.

Tony Meza has been an active member of Cypress for 10 years now, and very excited to be turning his focus toward real estate.

A little about Tony, before real estate, he worked for a company providing networking for a lot of businesses all over the Houston area allowing him the opportunity to learn not just the areas of Houston but also learning of the many different communities this big city has to offer. Having the ability to be bilingual has allowed him to better interact with these different communities and greatly expanded the understanding of the Houston environment. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, it is very important to Tony to carry out everything he does with discipline and integrity in order to help make one of the most important purchases of your life.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University in 1997 and graduated from Cy-Fair High School in Cypress in 1989 with a stint in the US ARMY in between. I love working with fellow vets and I am particularly proficient with VA loans and refinances.

I can close loans anywhere in the state. While the bulk of my real estate business is in West and Northwest Houston, I have closed all over town from The Woodlands down to Galveston Island and everywhere in between.

I am a lifetime resident of Cypress and reside in Fairfield. My wife is a former Houston Police Officer and currently is a Pre-K teacher in CFISD. We have three adult kids.
