Dawn Reich is a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience relocating families. Her dedication to customer service and strength in negotiating make her an effective real estate partner. Dawn feels her success is a result of good listening and a genuine desire to make her clients happy. She is a member of the Copperfield Women’s Club, served on the Greenspoint Club Board of Directors and has been an active participant in the Race for the Cure for 10 years. Dawn was born in Illinois, graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston for over 25 years. She and her husband Tom have two children in college. Her interests include gardening, antiquing and home restoration. Dawn is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

Krista Stoutner is the real deal when it comes to real estate. This honest, loyal and hardworking Realtor genuinely loves to help others. Having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, and a Master of Education specializing in Counseling, coupled with a varied background from working as a receptionist/secretary in a law firm, to restaurant manager, event planner and addictions counselor, Krista has learned how to successfully work with people from very diverse backgrounds and needing assistance with a variety of situations.

Krista hails from Lubbock, Texas and has resided in Houston since 2001. She currently lives in Cypress with her husband and four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, reading, Bunco and teaching Sunday school. She is also a member of the Fairfield MOM's Club.

As a transplant to Texas, I have a unique perspective on our great State and all the things it has to offer. Originally from Indiana, we relocated our family to Texas in 2008. Tired of the cold, grey Indiana winters, we wanted to make a move south. Luckily for us, I had the pleasure of working as an Administrative Service Manager for one of the best Construction/ maintenance contractors in the country, and they made our move to Angleton a reality. In 2015 (our children now grown), my husband and I relocated to San Antonio with his employer and in 2016 they moved us again to Spring.
