Team Manager for the Ellis-Nabors team, Karen serves as the hub that makes the team function smoothly and efficiently in the office. She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

After completing my studies at Texas A&M in 1995, I began cutting my teeth in the real estate industry. Through the journey that ensued, I gained valuable knowledge in the foundation repair, property management, home repair, investment property, electrical, and general construction sectors. Fast forward 2 decades, I'm able to utilize my diverse experience to better serve my clients in realizing their real estate dreams.

After growing up in West University, Alane attended Texas A&M for 9 years earning PhD in psychology. Her job as a psychologist for CyFair ISD allowed Alane to work in many Houston neighborhoods and build relationships across a diverse network. Her confident approach to challenges and goal-oriented strategies can be attributed to her unwavering work ethic paired with her educational background.

After going through the homebuilding experience, her desire for helping people coupled with a passion for the business led her to a career in real estate. Cheryl Renee Hugh has been around the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her parents were investors and her mother was a mortgage broker and currently is a Realtor in Louisiana. Cheryl has seen the rewards of satisfied clients over the years and believes with her desire and willingness to assist others; she will be able to achieve much success as a real estate agent.
