I attended University of Houston for an English degree as well as Houston Community College’s program for Interior Design. My previous experience includes retail buyer, management and customer service. I am able to pass that experience on to my clients to help achieve and exceed their real estate needs. I know and love both the Houston and Galveston region, and have established deep roots. I was born in Galveston, Texas (B.O.I) and moved to the West Houston / Memorial area where I attended Stratford High School. I have lived in many different areas of Houston including the inner loop areas of The Heights and Bellaire. Having lived in the Houston area most of my life, I have extensive knowledge of the city specifically the Cypress, Katy, West Houston area. I am happy to be married to my wonderful husband and raising our two boys in the Cypress area. I am always thrilled to say that my proudest accomplishment is my family. I am active in my local community and also enjoy volunteering at local schools.

Hello! I'm DeAnna Green, the CEO and Founder of The Nydan Group, LLC. I hail from North Carolina but have called Texas home since 2008. I spent the first 10 years of her career in the Property Management industry with the last 15 being focused on Corporate Housing and Real Estate.
As a wife and proud mother of three beautiful and gifted children, my professional passion and drive for excellence is the catalyst behind the success of The Nydan Group. Founded in 2016, Nydan Real Estate Group is the 1st division under The Nydan Group brand and is a boutique style firm that offers BIG business services. NRG currently has a team of four Real Estate Agents that provide residential real estate and apartment locator services to their clients. In addition, NRG provides temporary housing to major corporations, medical professionals, entertainment professionals and individuals that are relocating Texas.
With the success of NRG, my husband and I expanded our business portfolio by creating two new companies, Nydan Investment Properties, LLC and Nydan Lending Group, LLC. NIP covers investment deals, such as: Wholesale/Assignments, Fix/Flips, Buy/Hold, Multi-Family and Commercial projects. NLG offers Residential, Commercial and Consumer Lending options. By combining all three companies, I've leveraged my years of Real Estate experience to create a Full Brokerage Firm where everything Real Estate/Investment/Lending related is under one roof!
