After retiring from over 36 years of teaching throughout Houston, I wanted to utilize my skills of communication, organization and tenacity to help others in a new way. So I chose real estate!


As a constant learner, I pursue training and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing real estate industry so I can better serve my clients, community and my team.





I have been married to my best friend for over 30 years, and we raised 2 wonderful children in Pearland, Clear Lake and Seabrook areas. I love to volunteer and give back to various organizations in the community including: UBC vacation Bible school, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Kim's Furever Homes and Adoptions, and Ranger's Reach.

Vanessa Littler was born and raised in the Houston area and has worked in customer service all her life. Together w/ her mother and Team Lead, Lisseth DeLeon, they both started their estate career. Tiffany started her career in real estate in 2001 after taking time off from her marketing and sales position with a Houston based magazine to start a family. A graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake with a business marketing degree, she knows what marketing venues work and uses her experience to provide clients with proactive marketing strategies. For added value and a personal touch, Tiffany takes the time to ensure that her client’s homes are prepared for effective marketing by offering her staging and organizational skills.

Born in Missouri and raised in Kansas, Tiffany moved to Clear Lake and then Houston 27 years ago. Married and the mother of three children and three dogs Tiffany enjoys decorating, entertaining, socializing with friends,the outdoors, watching her children play Lacrosse, football, and basketball and spending time with her family. Tiffany also volunteers her time to serve at her children's elementary, middle and high schools.
